Although recording using Epicor 9, the functionality is virtually the same in Epicor 10, 10.1 and 10.2.

• Field Service: Designed for people who install, repair, or service offsite or at the plant.
• Contract Management: for setting up service contracts for customers, with information about coverages, parts and projects.
• Warrant Management: to define the warranties offered with your products.  Warranties can be assigned to both individual parts and to product groups.
• Return Material Authorization (RMA): used to control and track the return of items from your customers.
